What is The Pythoness?
The ancient Greeks sought wisdom from The Oracle at Delphi, a renowned temple where the Pythia, female priestesses named after the Python slain by Apollo, dispensed answers and gave advice for 5 centuries. The Pythia did not predict the future, rather she gave guarded advice that led to many great advancements in the ancient world. The Pythia of Delphi was arguably the most powerful woman of the ancient world.
If you seek, you shall find; that is the truth of all oracles. Anytime you open up with your heart, mind, and soul, and are truly willing to receive the message given, it will come to you. However, if you are only willing to hear what you want to hear, your vision will be clouded by ego. For every question, there is an answer, but sometimes the answer is no, or not now, or not that way. If you are willing to stretch your vision to a larger scale, there will always be a reason that the exact plan you may have laid out is not truly the best path for you. Acceptance very often opens the door to something so much better than we could have dreamed possible. The purpose of these oracle cards is to help your journey be more joyful.
